We love our readers. Especially the ones that give us ideas for new posting material. Juggling Frog told us in not so many words that we’ve got bad breath and we’re killing the planet with it. According to Reuters: “Manners aside, getting cows to burp less could help reduce global warming.”
Imagine that, your friendly neighborhood bloggercows polluting the earth and being one of the biggest reasons for the global warming!
Michael Abberton, a scientist at the U.K.-based Institute of Grassland and Environmental Research noted the average dairy cow belches out about 100 to 200 liters of methane each day, making diet changes a key potential factor in reducing this greenhouse gas. There is a common misperception about how methane gets into the atmosphere,” he said. “It is actually through belching rather than the other end.
Not all hope is lost! We’ve been told that pepto will drastically reduce our gas output! Feel like being a hero today? Save the planet without having to get out of your lazy chair? Not having to take the old red cape out of the closet?

I’m sorry Mr. Cow but I have to tell you, this was kind of a weak attempt on the whole cow theme. I would like to see more posts like this where it’s what some one suggested though.
