When a Cow Laughs, Does Milk Come Out of Her Nose?

So it’s my first post here on John Cow, and I have to say I’m a bit overwhelmed. It’s a wide ocean of topics to choose from, from PageRank to Peanut Brittle (that counts as fine dining, right?), and I must confess I’ve just a bit of writer’s block keeping me immobilized. So, to break through the block and get the maiden post over with, how about a quick list of recent memorable JC moments?

  • That water-into-wine thing was the bomb. Invite that guy to the next party, puh-lease! Oh, wait, wrong JC. Right…
  • Of course Google banned you. I mean, you violated rule number one, JC. No, no, I’m not referring to lines 427-431 of the AdSense rules of conduct. I’m talking about Don’t Be Evil. Google has a devil-happy-face threshold, didn’t you know? :twisted: There, now we milk lovers can only use it 32,000 more times.
  • AGLOCO is too crazy to work. The etymology is just all wrong. Get paid to surf. What, you think I’m loco?
  • Giving away a Zune is a great idea. I’d give one away, too, if I had one. And now Danielle is giving it away again (nice job, btw, D., on buying JC a keg for that one — classy move)! Hey, Bill and Steve, how many Zunes have sold in North America? (Bill and Steve look at one another, mutter something about the one they sold to John Chow and the anonymous purchaser from Cupertino from some company called “APL Competitive Research”, then say “Please look to our annual report next year for the official sales reports.”)
  • I love Dim Sum. And we all loved seeing the crowd of dot-cow mooguls around your table. Just not those photos of chicken’s feet. (Johnny swallows. Hard.) Is it just me, or do they look a wee bit grisly?
