We’re Giving Away Another $500!

Hi kids! Which one of you remembers the $500 competition we had last month? We sure do and we loved it! Nothing better than giving away other people’s money 
This month we wanted to do something similar and we managed to get our cool web hosting provider to dish out yet another cool $500 for us to give away to you guys! Cowabunga! We know that the check that’s on it’s way to the previous winner, the lovely Julie Anne Bonner, is going to be spent on a moo-tastic pool table which sounds like an excellent choice there Julie!
So what’s up this time? Like, how can you win the $500? Well we really couldn’t think of anything so we figured we’d leave the thinking up to you! What we want to see is a post on your blog which explains what exactly you’re gonna do with all that money if you win. We’ll pick the winner at the end of September so he or she can go ahead and do whatever it is they want to do with our micfo’s money! There’s just one little thing we want from you:
- Your post needs to be a minimum of 200 words. (That’s roughly the amount of words up to here in this post).
- We want a link to www.micfo.com with the anchor text “web hosting”.
- We want to see a link to http://www.johncow.com/make-moooney/ with the anchor text “making money online”.
- We want a link to this post, so everyone can have a shot at winning the $500, you can choose your own anchor text.

A question for you. I like the way that you have your PayPal donation button set up. How did you create it? The reason that I ask is that all I can find on the PayPal site are standard buttons and I want something a bit different for my income blog.

Full size or mini ^_^ Full size ones cost a bit more. I bought a mini (4.3 cu ft) not too long ago. Works wonder for lazy people who don’t want to get out of their bedrooms lol
I’d only use it for beer, chocolate milk and Pepsi, so I suspect a mini would suffice.

LMAO even when you turn 25, it doesnt lower by that much. It is also dependent on your driving record and a few other factors on how much it actually goes down.
Hold on. Is this competition for $500 straight up? Or is it a voucher from some electronics company? Or was that a previous competition here? I don’t remember.
I believe its the same as last competition. Its for $500 straight up, you can use it for whatever. In the last competition, he used the PS3, Wii, etc as an example. I believe he said that the last winner actually was planning to use the money towards a pool table so it must be $500 cash (paypal).

Nice pitch to get a lot of perm blog post links to both sites… looking at your circulation I bet you’ll get 50 posts at least, which will mean $10 for each blog post … around the rate you pay minimum at lowcost blog post services…

An other question : what if, like for me, the paypal account don’t allow to receive money and you win. Will the money be sent by something like western union ?
The only reason why PayPal wouldn’t accept money is because your account is not verified (then you should verify it) or because you got banned (in which case we should probably question why). If you’re asking just so you can spare yourself the PayPal fees in disguise, its not that much.
How can verify my account when i leave in a country (democratic republic of congo, central africa), where there isn’t credit card and no way to withdraw money from paypal ?

Don’t know what to tell you man. I think you’re out of luck.
In that case ,there is only one thing that you can do. Transfer the money to someone else’s account and pay him a small fee for doing you the favor. But that requires a very good amount of trust.
