What if I already have a Domain.com from Godaddy. Can you build the blog with my domain name? I have Hostgator to later transfer.

1. No you can not use an existing domain. Sadly because of how the internet has allowed people to easily deceive others, it is too easy to get a refund or charge back for things online the first few months. Sure I can say no refunds, but by law, unless there is a physical product included, I 99% of the time will have to give a refund even if I an 100% sure the person is scamming me. Because of that, we need to own the domain for the first 3 monthts. That means that we register and pay for it and then after 3 months we transfer the ownership to you. This way if the person gets thier money back, at least we still have the blog and content to recoupe our costs.

2. The new content is related to the specific niche

No, the authors may not have experience in a specific field but my authors are reporters, they live right here in my community, have university degrees and know how to research and present the content. Writers do not necessarily need experiance in a field to write about it, as long as they know (like a reporter on the evening news or in a newspaper) to research and present the info.

Interesting. Don’t need a new blog as we design them ourselves, but I am fascinated by the offer. I’d love to know how many emailed in to try to get it. Not for any other reason but just curiosity. Sometimes people don’t jump at good deals because they think there is a catch.

We’ve been talking about giving away a couple blogs to a local charity and my concern was … will someone bid on them … will they even know their true worth and potential?

1. Once the blog is set up, you will be given the username and password plus ftp access. The blog will be 100% under your control.
2. The domain will be .com and will be registered with enom.com. No you can not buy the domain because if someone tries to do a charge back or refund at least we still have the domain. Once 6 months is past, we will be able to transfer the domain and site to any server you wish.
3. We use different hosts and all solid one. We use LiquidWeb, BlueHost and Hostgator

How I can control content and domain if you buy, set up all for me ? Probably you supply with all the logins etc.

Domain is .com ? Where will this be registered ? Can I buy the domain and point it to your DNS servers ? No need to deduct any from the 197.-.

What Host you use, and what’s after the year is over ? Am I free to switch to other host if I like so ?

Thats a very good deal, especially if that Premium WordPress them is included. I think such a blog would get listed and rank pretty easily with all the article promotion work.
