		<description>Too many people in our society are effected by mental illness.  Some get depressed and then go into a state of overactivity and spending as well. Others have a divided personality.

I have a close relative (no, not me) who has been hospitalized several times and who is not the person who is smart, reasonable or dependable at those times. I urge more money to provide help for those with mental illness, but in the meantime
be aware that we may be dealing with people having those episodes. Try to be nice, each needs all the help and encouragement he or she can get.</description>

And there was one guy, he was having problems with his computer, said he needed help when that was fixed. Then I didn&#039;t hear back from him. Then I got an eamil saying &#039;why haven&#039;t you responded to my emails&#039;. So, I sent emails to that address and his paypal address. Both bounced. The he had the gall to request a refund through paypal (filing a dispute) syaing I hadn&#039;t helped him/ delivered the goods. That got my goat - that he couldn&#039;t even clear his inbox out to receive emails then blames it on me! Grrrrr...</description>

The email itself said:

I&#039;m also reporting you to the FBI about false advertisement!  Also contesting the charge with my credit card company!  this is a ripoff and you know it. This is a scam as I thought it was!&quot;

This fellow had not followed instructions on how to get his bonuses. (ie send a blank email to aweber) I replied with the info. He still didn&#039;t get it. In the end I sent him instructions 4 times! He was still sending me obnoxious emails. 

In the end I decided I didn&#039;t want him on my mailing list so I just sent the download address. 



I do find that people are very quick to get panicked and assume that they are being ripped off  straight off the bat. I try to remind myself that maybe they are not used to buying online and are already nervous about giving their vredit card details.</description>
