However, I believe OIO is the only “monetisation tool” with the inbuilt capabilities to help you draw in visitors using your content. It hasn’t been publicised much yet, because it requires some extensive user documentation, but if you were to team up with a few people from a similar niche, utilise the conversation module to have useful discussions, and then drive traffic to those topics through things like StumbleUpon, you’d gain visitors, and subscribers (I’ve already done it on a small scale):

But whether the tool is worth it for you personally, is up to you.

* all future updates are free. The only exception would be if a module was developed by someone that offered new functionality far in excess of the original design; a 1 off fee may be charged to unlock it then.

That’s a big IF though, I’ve had lots of ideas for extra features thrown at me (keep them coming btw), and none would qualify in the bracket of requiring an extra fee.

If anyone has any experience or knowledge concerning the deployment of centralised CPC ad networks, that is something I need to start looking more into, once I’ve completed my next task of full documentation (long overdue).

The aim is to eventually integrate direct sales with “network fillers”, so that people can start earning without having to make direct sales right away. I’m definitely on the look out for people with the know-how in that area.
