Many bloggers out there believe that to become a successful blogger, you have to get your name out there. Surely you are already doing this in some way, whether you are a very savvy internet marketer or you are a social media guru. But does it always provide you with the targeted readers that you want? What if you want more readers while having to spend less marketing? Well, let me tell you this. It is possible, and it’s already being done. You will just need to take out a few hundred $$$ out of your pockets, that’s all.

Over at my blog, I gave you a simple yet effective tip that will make you a famous blogger in no time. Surely, this is very effective since it’s the most common, fastest, and one of the most successful ways to expose your blog or anything at all. Isn’t that how your making money from your blog? Aren’t you getting paid by advertisers that want to expand their exposure by purchasing different types of ads? It works doesn’t it? So why can’t you do that? The problem is this: you don’t have the money or you just don’t want to “waste” money. But let me just tell you that it works and it’s worth it. You just have to make sure you pick the right people and sites to advertise on.

Let’s take a few case studies for example. Winning the Web is a blog run by Gyutae Park. You might already know him. But did you know him 3 months ago? Me neither. It wasn’t until he spent over $1,000 to order reviews here on John Cow as well as John Chow’s site. Yes, he used it to promote his contest and all that, but think about it. It wasn’t really about the contest. Instead, it was about marketing his blog through the means of advertising his contest. That’s exactly why he’s an internet marketer. So what did he get in return for all the money he spent? An increase in traffic, RSS subcribers, and loyal readers.

Now you might be saying, “Sly, there are always free ways to market your site, and it can give you the same results as advertising on other blogs”. Well, I do agree with you on that one. After blogging for almost 6 months now, I have never advertised on a blog or done any paid advertising whatsoever. Everything I have done is pure and free internet marketing. This method of “buy-now, get instant results” is merely for those who feel that their blog (or other type of website) is going nowhere. All I can say is, if you have the money, go ahead and advertise as much as you’d like. It’s the lazy way of internet marketing, but it sure does bring true results. :p
