What i do now is focus a page on primarily one term and then let the search engine results tell me the best secondary term to focus on. What i do is wait and see what the stats say are the keywords being used to find that page and i pick the best of the bunch. This allows me to take advantage of what the search engines think is the best secondary term and i can focus initially on the primary.
