Review of NetKlix.com

There’s no shortage of PPC advertising networks out there. The success of Google Adsense is, in many ways, the model upon which PPC advertising is built. Unfortunately, the abysmal Adsense rates and often-irrelevant keyword matches leaves a lot to be desired for many bloggers and web publishers.

Netklix is one alternative to Adsense. In business since 1999, they’ve been offering a number of Internet-based advertising programs right from the beginning. While the PPC model is relatively new for Netklix, their long business history gives some assurance that they’re not going to go under overnight.

Signup at Netklix was extremely easy. You enter your name and your website address, and choose your ad setup and color scheme. From there, you’re taken to a channels page where you can select specific advertising channels to appear on your site. Accept the publisher terms and fill out your payment info and you’re ready to go. This was probably the easiest signup of any PPC network I’ve seen.

Integrating your advertising into your site is important, too. You’ve got to be able to match colors and feel. The Netklix ads are completely customizable and allow you to fit the ad banners right into your page. They’re set up in a similar fashion to Adsense, so if you’ve build Adsense ads before you know what to expect.

Once you’re up and running, the Netklix interface is relatively simple to use. Unlike Adsense with its numerous tabs, all of your Netklix information is right at your fingertips. Because they know ad revenue is what you’re most interested in, they provide you with a “how much have I made?” box right on your main account screen. Creating more ad spaces or adding websites to your account is a simple process, too.

Netklix offers flexibility, too. You can manage your account any time of day or night, and they also have a dedicated account management team on call to answer your questions.

If you’re looking for a new way to monetize your Internet real estate , give Netklix a whirl. You may be surprised to find just how much revenue it can help you generate.

Could I expect to make more with Netklix than Adsense? Are the rates that much better?

I have been looking for a new PPC network. I use Chitika as a backup to adsense, but their 6-cent clicks just don’t cut it.

    thanks for the review,

Hmm, should I try it? Should I let it grow? Should I wait for the natural (virtual :) selection?

There are so many of these PPC networks coming up that I really don’t want to try. I have more than 10 web sites and I need a strong partner or network to join.

I guess a major advantage of using a new network, especially when it comes to non tech niche, is that it is something different to adsense, which many people know about now.

I would love to create two very similar sites and run adsense on one and something like this on another just to see how it fares.

    Thanks for the review…

Oh also… If I may can I plug something :)

One of my blogs A TASTE OF CHRISTMAS is a finalist in the Pepperjam Store Builder contest. I would be eternally grateful if anyone would go and place a vote (legit of course) for me :) Here is the URL:

There are plenty of PPC networks out there but we just need to test them all out. But is this really any better than the rest?

this sounds like google adsense in a way – but yet if the rates is better it wouldn’t hurt to try

I’ve been hearing a lot about Netklix this week, but really nothing as far as results. Be curious in hearing about that.

  12. [...] Your page is on StumbleUpon [...]

  13. I have been advertising on Netklix for a few days and have had no clicks at all. During the same period an advertisement on Yahoo Search Marketing has been clicking away nicely. I am not impressed with Netklix.

  14. Andy Jones says:

Useful review… thanks for that. More indepth one of Netklix here: Netklix PPC Advertising Network.

I’m pleased some strong alternatives to Adsense are appearing.

  15. [...] you would like to read some more opinions on NetKlix then I recommend reading the reviews on Azam, John Cow, WP Themes Plugin, Etienneteo and Winning The [...]

  16. Hakim says:

NetKlix are sly though, they give you the ad code to display on your site before your even accepted, so no matter how many impressions or clicks you get before your account is actiaved (which is a few days), you get paid zero.
