You don’t have to be good or lucky with poker to make a killing with it. There’s a smarter way to go about it, Just ask Jim who is now making mid six figures ($50,000!) per month thanks to the poker industry. Within 2,5 years, he’s managed to get rid of his debt, loans and buy a brand new house because he’s simply endorsing poker as an affiliate. Hopefully Jim is smart enough not to put all that money back in the game, we’d be so tempted to start playing high stakes.

Poker affiliate programs always seem to have way higher payouts then any other product, probably because onlne gaming is a multi-billion dollar industry, and there’s plenty of moolah to go round. We’ve just stumbled upon a great resource for those of us tha would like to try their hand at becoming an online poker affiliate. PokerAffiliatePrograms (PAP) is a fantastic site, packed with all the stuff a newbie poker affiliate needs to know. We’re not saying you will be making 50K per month soon, but that’s because we don’t know how hard you’re willing to work for it. PAP provides you with so much information, there’s really nobody else to blame but yourself if you can’t make it work for yourself.

Not interested in becoming a poker affiliate? No worries, PAP has plenty of other cool stuff. We found a contest where you can win a trip to the PlayBoy mansion, a great interview with Shoemoney, tons of SEO stuff and general business tips. These guys are professionals, there’s no doubt about it, and we’re sure there’s plenty of things we can learn from them as successful online entrepreneurs.

We read somewhere that the forum they’ve attached to their website is the biggest online gaming affiliate forum online. Another hangout to educate your brain. We’ve just signed up for the RSS feed because its clear to us that we’re getting quality stuff from these guys, poker and no poker related. This feed is John Cow approved, and we recommend you subscribe too if you want to become smarter at what you do :)

A feature post on poker here, wow. What is on everyone’s mind now besides the WPT and EPT is the WSOP. The fever is coming in a few months time. There are satellites everywhere in many poker rooms. If you want to learn the game, it is definitely now when everyone is excited about it.

I’ve got a pretty good niche site for this affiliate program. I’ve been looking through this over the past few weeks. I’m still a bit confused. I notice a lot of sites offer 50% commission from revenue, for the first two months. Are there any programs that offer a percentage of commission for a lifetime? Honestly, I’d rather get 1% for life, rather than 50% for a month or two.

I have never had the chance to play with poker affiliates, its seems like a very competitive niche (probably because its so profitable), I might try some soon.

I use to have sportsbook and poker sites. The US government made it impossible. Do you know something I don’t.

The US government has not made it impossible. They just caused some poker rooms to pull out of the US market. It is not illegal to play online poker. Tons of people play online poker every day in the US, and tons of affiliates make money off of them everyday.

I think it worth pointing out that the best ways to learn poker is to visit an online poker school. Most of the top brands all provide some tutition into playing poker. Many poker players make the mistake of playing before they have mastered the art of online poker. It is better to learn the startegies first, play for fun and then when you are confident enough to play for real money. Play for small stakes at first and never to bet more than you can afford to lose.
