I signed up at CPAEmpire and Azoogle and have been promoting some offers though Yahoo's PPC network (heard it was the easiest to understand for beginners so I started there). Plus I had a $100 in free clicks from them (email me if you want the link). Anyway, I've tried a couple offers, seen a ton of impression, a few clicks, but no sales/leads. So...I'll have to do some more reading/asking around to see exactly what I'm doing wrong. Maybe it's the wrong keywords? To low of a big price? I don't know. I've only been doing it a couple weeks and I've not devoted as much time as I would like, so we'll see what happens. Keep us posted on your progress. I'd love to learn all I can. So even if you are doing it to really help people it becomes worthwhile to spend the time and effort on because it also pays down the line. I don't really have a well defined niche, which is why when I signed up for Commission Junction (another affiliate network), all I could do was stare at my administrative page and think, "WTF am I supposed to do now???" Work Sucks 9-5 so capitilse your time and try to make as much as you can. Affiliate is definatly the way to go, its just that you have to CONTINUALLY tweak to keep making money. Changing campaigns and keywords.
