You can always improve, just when you think you're there...there's another place you can improve. As long as you are aware of the need to improve constantly in this area, you will see much improvement in your overall progress. Writing things down is definitely a HUGE help. Sometimes we get a sense of fulfillment from endless arranging because it makes us feel as if we're in control even though it may not actually lead to any concrete achievements. Writing down and analyzing the things we want to do on a daily basis and deciding if doing those things is effective or just efficient is a good place to start. It can be quite an eye opener. You're right man...but sometimes we have to step out of our comfort zone. That may mean learning a new skill or it may mean paying to have it outsourced. They think putting up a website automatically means they are in business, and they keep tending to that website, the small stuff, without moving forward to do the things that will bring in customers.
