So you're trying to sell the links to web masters, but trying to attract the social community .... right ? I think web masters will say "been done before" .... as seen above and then the MySpace and Social crew will say "this is ugly" and "what is it". Plus if we as webmasters want to target social sites - we can just do our own networking within these environments and then there's a possible Google slap for purchasing links for us web masters and then a Google slap to the links page for selling links .... OK, I am lost, who exactly are the targets here ? So you’re trying to sell the links to web masters, but trying to attract the social community …. right ?

In the traditional old fashioned corporate world, the closest thing to social networking is the companies that are people network based, such as Mary Kay, Amway, Tupperware, etc., where their business strategy is often home parties and friend to friend. After 30 years or so of doing the same thing, there are still plenty of people that are just hearing about the concept for the first time. So, it is a big world, and there is a steady supply of people that are just starting to use the computer, or just read their first blog, etc. It will be interesting to monitor the progress.
