Link Boosting and WIN $10 000! - JOHNCOWtv Episode 2

Written by John Cow on September 19th, 2008

Want to Learn How to Build a Business Not Just a Blog.. for FREE? CLICK HERE Now to Find Out How!

Well it has been a full week since our beloved COW was stolen from us (as witnessed in JOHNCOWtv Episode 1) and sadly we have not heard a single word from the authorities or the COWnappers. We are still hopeful that COW is safe and unharmed but we also a little concerned. We are moving forward still and in fact we want to celebrate with all of our readers what it is COW represents and stands for (too many things to write about in this post, that is for sure) and as a result we are giving away…

>> $10 000 CASH! <<

That’s right… we are not going to let these COWnappers ruin us and destroy this for our readers.

The rules are simple… watch the video and we announce the winner in the video. We selected a name from the list of email subscribers and picked one random winner. The only exception is we are not publishing the name, we are not emailing the person and they have to contact us within 24 hours of this post…

NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you do not hear your name or do not contact us within 24 hours… we are keeping all of it… and believe me Audrey can always find ways to spend that money!

So don’t email us or comment below that it is unfair if you do not hear your name or contact us in time.. remember NO EXCEPTIONS!

I also share a powerful strategy in this episode called “LinkBoosting”… which I know you will find useful!

So watch the video and see if you are a lucky winner!

mooo, I mean boo bad form I thought I was actually going to win $10,000. I hope the cow gets out. The link boosting sounds good though, I have a post that was linked to a couple times and I think I might just go help those guys promote it.

Thanks,

Brilliant advice re: link juicing. I have struggled with how to integrate my various social media profiles and activate them in a way that works - I had a great write up of SmartWomanGuides.com by Chris Brogan http://tinyurl.com/6fw8rp

that brought me HUGE traffic, but I didn’t know how I could keep the flow going. I will implement your suggestion and see how it goes! Thanks and I hope that subscriber listens in….I caught the name, and alas, it wasn’t me… :-( Looking forward to the next 4 weeks - you need to catch to cow-terrorists. They seem seriously about making COW do unthinkable things. Send them the money, already!

Together, we are stronger.

Excellent PR move….I’ll stay tuned!

Great episode man, I’m loving it. And that link boost method was really dope. I never thought about that before.

I am not an email subscriber but I knew I couldn’t win. I was thinking “Why the hell would they give away $10,000 and not run a huge competition to build up traffic and income” but then by the looks of it (from the comments I haven’t watched the video yet as my internet is too slow) it was a teaser anyway.

Oh well maybe I will get $10,000 some other time

I really think it was Bob Jones who kidnapped (er Cownapped) the COW. It was him! I knew it!

And it doesn’t really matter whether it was me that won the $10K milk-money. I knew it was me and it was Bob Jones who took the COW.

I knew it!

So what you didn’t tell people was that the 10k was quickly pulled from the winner’s hand because it was used as an installment payment to keep COW alive.

You should have just given the money to the winner and let that old COW bite the dust.

I am telling ya, you guys need to get a donkey instead of a cow.

The first person to register the domain name JohnDONKEY.com and actually get it up and running with a blog and have some cool content on it, I’ll advertise it free on my blog for a month. LOL!!!

Maybe Jason would too…

BTW I think John Chow and Jeremy Schoemaker might be in on the kid Cownapping.

Great Video Jason! I did hear my name so just Paypal the 10 grand and I’ll send half to Heifer.org which will pay for 10 cows for a community in need.

A good dairy cow can produce four gallons of milk a day - enough for a family to drink and share with neighbors. Milk protein transforms sick, malnourished children into healthy boys and girls. The sale of surplus milk earns money for school fees, medicine, clothing and home improvements.

And because a healthy cow can produce a calf every year, every gift will be passed on and eventually help an entire community move from poverty to self reliance. Now that’s a gift worth giving!

And maybe the kidnappers will be willing to give cow back.

Dave
