Hey John,

I am still of the view that outsourcing is for a guy with some cash. Imagin the justfication for outsourcing when you are still strugling to make $100 a month online.

When I think of outsourcing for links, I instead turn on my comment Kahuma and atleast get 10 links for a day.

And when I need to outsource for article submission, I use another service that is cheaper than outsourcing.

But do not get me wrong, outsourcing really works but the problem is with the expense for a small girl like me (Money wise).

And by the way, I have not been able to download that book you talk of.

Nice day and I like this great blog and the software.

No report anywhere. I know they must have changed the page because you always offer great tips and info.

However, if I were you I'd change the post (where it says there's a free report) or someone is going to think that you are taking the piss.

Over the last several several years I outsourced numerous projects to indian and east european programmers both on a per-project and month-to-month basis. I found that if you have no real expertise in what you are outsourcing, you can get burned very easily, meaning it can cost you a lot of money, even more than you would be paying to a local worker, especially software and script programming outsourcing.

Being thousands of miles apart, you have no real control over these people. Even though they may keep you updated, at the end of the day you don't really know what they are doing exactly and how long tasks actually take. Once they figure out that you lack certain expertise, they will take full advantage of that and projects may take much longer than they actually should.

My advise is, if you are outsourcing projects, do not rush the selection process even though you want your project to be completed asap, this is absolutely crucial.
Carefully select companies with a proven track record of completed projects that match your project specs and they should be able to provide you with a list of references which you should, if possible, contact.

Great info and the product looks good. Outsourcing is the key to speeding up online automation. It enables you to draw upon expertise and skillsets that you don't possess, to save time and free up resource to concentrate on core activities. Look forward to seeing your bonus offer for the course.
