So its a little off-topic, but we just came across this series of a Jaws, which is short for Carcharodon carcharias, having his lunch and we just had to share. We’ve always been fascinated with the oceans ultimate hunter and these new pictures are more impressive than most of the old underwater pictures.
If you think about it; Reaching lengths of about 6 meters (20 ft) and weighing up to 2,250 kilograms (5,000 lb), which is more than most cars, this killing machine has so much power that it can thrust itself over 3 meters into the air. We’re just glad we’re no seacows!

that’s as awesome set of pictures. Each picture shows that ferocious nature of “Jaws”. Wow.

Any idea where this place is? I would not want to be scuba diving within 50km of the area.

Were the shark jumping pics photoshopped? Pretty cool though.

Those images are evil. Poor seals. I really hate those images, though they are cool. But that’s life, that’s the chain of … food, or evolution, I don’t know how it’s called.

Great photos! Seems like you were having a flying good time swimming with dolphin!

Those shark pics are not photoshopped. They are taken near Cape Town, South Africa. One of the few places in the world where Great Whites actually leap out of the water. Do a Google search for “Air Jaws”. It’s a documentary that covers this, lots of great footage.
