Start of IMPORTANT UPDATE ADDED Saturday May 17th –>

BIG UPDATE –> Well here is what you do not know… We are also going to be doing weekly live webinars (that we are calling “CowCasts”) with occasional guest speakers, where we are going to be talking about all that was done through out that week of the contest, review each lesson we posted and will open it up to Q&A

But there is a catch –> Do not worry, we are not putting you to work or anything but each one of these CowCasts are going to be limited seating and the details of the calls are going to be sent out via our email to our list of RSS subscribers who subscribed via email only. Also these “CowCasts” are going to be recorded and only made available to people who are subscribed to our RSS feed via email. Now we need to make clear that these recordings will not be made available right away, there will be about a 72 hour turn around time on them.

So bottom line… you better subscribe to our SPAM FREE RSS Feed via email now to get in on the action.

<– End of IMPORTANT UPDATE ADDED Saturday May 17th

You must subscribe to our RSS feed via email to register and qualify and we will record the selection process for the winner so you can all see first hand that the more tickets you have, the better your chances to win are. One individual could actual win every prize, as long as the have at least 5 tickets. The winners will be selected on June 18th and be notified by a post on the this blog :)

This is a 100% WIN/WIN for everyone involved here… I promise to completely share everything we do, through out this entire cowpetition between Garry Conn and ourselves and you will see first hand how we make a very profitable living online.

So get your pencils sharpened, your notepads ready and sign up to learn how to Make Money Online!

Rules of the John Cow vs Garry Conn Cowpetition…

  • Starts Monday May 19th
  • Sites will be listed on SitePoint on Wednesday June 18th
  • Winner of contest will be decided by which site generates the highest sale
  • Blogs must be on a brand new domain
  • Blogs must be 100% original work
  • Blogs must not be a premade or bought and put on a new domain
  • Blogs will be listed on SitePoint with full disclosure of who bought them and for how much
  • Listing will be 100% handled by sitepoint (for fair third party listing)

We already stated in an earlier post that after we win 100% of the proceeds are going to go to World Vision and we will record the transaction so you can all see for yourselves that we are following through on that promise.

We are going to be fully disclosing all the details of this cowtest… how we decided on a market, how we planned out the blog, researched, built and promoted it. You will see first hand exactly how to do this for yourself. We are actually crazy for doing this as people pay 1000′s of dollars for this type of info… but our readers deserve the best :)

Disclosure –> We are making it clear right now that there are paid tools that we use that you will need to get if you want to do what we are going to share, so please don’t complain about that. We are not going to use this to pimp tools we do not use… but we are going to show you the tools we do use and most important the why and how we use them

Also, we are not making any guarantees to anyone about the success you will achieve following what we are going to show you… we are just showing you what we are doing. The good thing to know is we DESPISE theory in our teachings and stick to only proven facts… so you are going to learn what we “KNOW” is proven to work.. not what we think “should” work.

  114. A certain marketeer, who shall remain “nameless”, overlooked many reminders about his competitions not having any winner. His greatest ambition was to get ahead of yourself….

Why not just settle with what EXISTS and WORKS? I wish your competition all the best but I don’t plan on participating after Mr. Shall-not-name-him never fulfilled his promise.

My time is not spent providing backlinks to others at a fraction of what even Google Adsense could pay…. So carpe diem. :-)

Henrik Blunck – Denmarks last blog post..Facebook Social Ads — The New AdWords

    • John Cow says:

Henrik, we are sorry that happened to you… and it is our hope the “mr nameless” issue was an over sight or miscommunication however, no worries here as this is a 100% open blog and we don’t think it would look very good if we did not deliver on the prizes.

Now we know you did not ask for this… but it is our blog so you are getting it anyway. You spent 60 seconds writing a comment, that did not earn you a ticket… you could have taken an extra 20 to put a twitter comment and then posted about how you better get rewarded or you will lose faith in this stuff. You could have vented your frustration in a way that still gave you the full benefit.

We remember a saying our mother would say… “do not bite off your nose to save your face.”.. now this might not be what this saying meant but this is what we always took from it. When you want to prove a point on something, look at how you can do it so it benefits you from all angles, do not do it in a way that you hurt yourself. Often a situation will anger us or frustrate us so much, we speak out of emotion and don’t sit back to look at… “OK how can we get this done so no matter what it benefits us”… now we don’t mean at the cost of others but so it is as much a win/win as possible

If our Tuesday morning babble makes no sense right now… that is because we have not had a coffee yet

  160. David says:

So is this contest going to be decided by drawing tickets for prizes where everyone has a chance to win, or does it rely on other things than the luck of the draw once you do the actions required to get a ticket? This smacks of some of the less ethical contets some of the guys you advertise ran where those who already had a lot of online presence in place won. They grouped beginners in with experienced marketers. Another guy you advertise has a three day jump in another contest where time was of the essence. Of course, he walked away with an expensive prize after even changing his web pages to seem like he didn’t have the advantage. His emails sent out earlier gave away the fraud. You will be getting invaluable linkage, etc from other people, so this needs to be on the up and up for their time and credibility invested. You may be honest, but the swine is at the marketing gates too.

    • John Cow says:

What is going to happen is everyones name with the amount of tickets they have will be put into a post. Everyone will have a chance to see that they have the associated points they earned.

Once this is verified, then each name will be given a number and we will be recording the draw so everyone can see that it is 100% legitimate.

What we will do is draw one number at a time and in order and it will be a first come, first serve basis. That means they can pick what ever prize they want.

If you have one ticket and your name is picked, you only get the one prize. If you have 49 tickets you can essentially win all the prizes… which i doubt will happen.

Everything is going to be completely transparent.

      Hope that makes sense

    regards,
    Vince

    • John Cow says:

Vince we respect your opinion but we do take a little offence and here is why. First of all your logic then says that we must not be making money because we are giving away our information. Well your wrong there.

We also said there are more prizes going and we are focusing on make money tools and if you do not like them then fine but please do not insult the people who offered these product because of your assumption about them.

We use a heck of a lot of these tools and can tell you right now they work.. instead of saying a comment like that why not tell me your experiance with how they dont work and use real examples instead of hunches.

Sorry but we see this all the time in people we teach and usually (not saying this is you) but it is from people who never follow through on the tool or training and then ask for a refund saying it does not work.
